Will Power commenced his property career as a property manager in the West End of London where he worked for a niche practice of investment and Property Consultants.

Throughout the last 20 years Will has looked after an impressive array of commercial property and mixed use schemes throughout the whole of the UK, ranging from large scale office developments and shopping centres to small country village shops.

This nationwide experience has enabled Will to build an impressive network of agent contacts throughout the UK which ensures he has the latest up to date information on market conditions wherever the property may be.

This means effective management of properties from the head office of Featherstone Leigh commercial in Richmond.

Will has a client base ranging from small private investors to PLC’s and UK and overseas Banks. He has particular experience in dealing with offshore situations.

Will’s expertise as a property manager ensures that he can advise clients on a wide range of subjects, from Rent Collection and Service Charges to Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Portfolio Asset management, where he has an impressive record of recognising opportunities and enhancing property values.

Will left the Board of John D Wood (where he was Managing Director) to set up Featherstone Leigh Commercial in October of 2009.

Anthony Cooke worked as a financial professional in the City of London for over twenty years, in both Corporate and Investment Banking.

He was for 12 years an international wholesale lender for two US banks; at the end of such period he was General Manager of EMEA operations and a Senior Credit Risk Officer.

He subsequently moved into Stockbroking and Corporate Finance with several international firms for a period of ten years where he provided financial advice, led flotations, and raised equity finance for a wide range of companies in the UK, Eire, Australia and Eastern Europe.

Contemporaneously he was for eight years Non-Executive Vice Chairman of an NHS Trust where he had a special brief to oversee the function of Finance Director.

His range of contacts, skills and experience enable him to secure transactions by introducing prospects and clients to a wide range of counter-parties. He is also well placed to source funding for commercial and mixed-use property.

Sam Twiston Davies is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 35 years experience in private practice in the West London Area predominently dealing at all levels with commercial property management , lease renewals , rent reviews and development projects.

Andrew Howes is an experienced Investment and Office Agent with over 30 years in the market, previously Office Leasing and Marketing Director, who was a director of Greycoat Group, a head of office agency at Savills amongst other roles. Contacts throughout the commercial market and a member of the Investment Property Forum. A history of successfully completed investment and commercial occupational assignments from small to large on behalf of both landlords and corporate clients.
